The 7th UArctic Rectors' Forum is hosted by the Northern (Arctic) Federal University (NArFU) in Arkhangelsk, Russia, June 27th and 28th, 2013. The theme of the 2013 Rectors’ Forum is "The Northern Sea Route Logistics, Transportation and Infrastructure”.
