UArctic Thematic Network on Teacher Education and UNITWIN/UNESCO network on Teacher Education are organising a joint webinar as part of UN International Year of Indigenous Languages 2019.

The organizers invited participants to Svalbard in Norway from June 18 to June 23, 2018. The course was held at the University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS), and brought together more than 100 students and 20 faculty from the circumpolar Arctic region and Harbin Institute of Technology.

The funding is available for proposals submitted under 16 topics addressing 5 main areas: buildings, industry, finance, public authorities and policy support and consumer and services. The deadline for submission of proposals is September 3, 2019.

The UArctic Thematic Network on Arctic Sustainable Resources and Social Responsibility (ASRSR) hosts a seminar to bring together scholars who work on the TN topics from diverse angles.The seminar will be held at the Pskov State University, Russia, October 23-25, 2019.
