Brian Rogers, chancellor emeritus of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, was today re-appointed as chair of UArctic's Board during their meetings in Rovaniemi, Finland. Rogers began as his first term as a Board member in 2009, and became chair during his second term in 2012. He will conclude his final term as chair in 2018.
