UArctic Strategic Area Leads visit Sakha State University and the Government of the Sakha Republic, Russia.

The UArctic Strategic Plan 2008-2013 has been approved by the Board of Governors of UArctic. The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to describe UArctic's mission, values, goals and the means trough which UArctic aims at reaching these goals.
